TrueNorth Commercial Cleaning provides the following services to commercial and institutional clients across the Greater Toronto Area:
TrueNorth operates on a fixed monthly invoicing cycle for ongoing service contracts. Invoices are issued on the first business day of each month for services rendered during the previous month. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. We accept electronic funds transfer, corporate cheque, and major credit cards. One-time project engagements (such as post-construction cleanup) require a 25% deposit upon contract execution with the balance due upon project completion.
TrueNorth carries comprehensive general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 per occurrence. We maintain active Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) coverage for all employees. All staff are bonded through a third-party surety provider. Certificate of insurance and WSIB clearance documentation is provided to clients upon request.
TrueNorth Commercial Cleaning assumes responsibility for damages caused by our staff or equipment during the course of service delivery. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of the incident. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged property, up to the limits of our insurance coverage. TrueNorth is not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
