Standard Scope of Work
- Desk and workstation surface sanitization with Health Canada DIN-registered products
- Waste collection, recycling, and organics separation per municipal guidelines
- Washroom deep cleaning including fixture sanitization and supply restocking
- Kitchen and break room cleaning — appliance exteriors, countertops, sink sanitization
- HEPA-filtration vacuum cleaning of all carpeted areas
- Hard floor dust mopping and damp mopping
- Glass partition and interior window spot cleaning
- Entrance and lobby maintenance including mat service coordination
Frequency Options
We structure cleaning frequency based on your facility's foot traffic:
- 5-Day Service: Monday through Friday for high-occupancy offices
- 3-Day Service: Alternating days for moderate-traffic environments
- Custom Schedule: Tailored frequency for flex-space or hybrid workplaces
Quality Assurance
Every engagement includes built-in quality controls. Your account supervisor conducts documented inspections using a standardized 40-point checklist. Inspection reports are shared with your facility manager monthly.

Pricing
